Here's what I'm up to...

Over the course of the past few years, I've noticed a common theme with my strategic consulting clients.  They call me because they're stuck on a particular issue.  I spend a few months analyzing their data, working through their problems and arriving at a series of recommendations.  I then present those recommendations to a room full of enthusiastic, head-nodding people.

Three months later, I check in on them and guess what?  Nothing has been done.  They want to implement, but for some reason, can't.

​

While most consultants love this problem (follow-on work!), it bugs me.

​

So I've become fascinated with stuckness.  It's the reason I trained to become a Strategic Intervention Coach.  I want to help people get unstuck.

This is where you come in...

I'm so fascinated by stuckness, I wrote a book about it.  I interviewed 100 people (across all fields and seniority levels) about their experiences with stuckness.  I spoke to people who are currently stuck, who are working on getting unstuck as well as those who have successfully become unstuck.

​

I'd love to interview you too!  Many of my interviewees have found the process fun and even enlightening as they've had ah-ha moments about themselves and their life's path during our conversation.
